Physiological stress such as excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) production may contribute normal fibroblasts activation into cancer‑associated fibroblasts, which serve a crucial role in certain types of cancer pancreatic, breast, liver and lung cancer. Abstract Objective Acute kidney injury (AKI) occurs in approximately one-third of patients treated with cisplatin and there is an outstanding need for mitigation strategies to decrease the frequency severity cisplatin-induced AKI. This study evaluated bardoxolone methyl (BARD) as a nephroprotectant multidose, tumor-bearing mouse model BARD attractive therapeutic intervention due its ability protect against nephrotoxicity by activating Nrf2 previous reports suggesting anti-tumorigenic effects. Background/Objectives: Acute kidney injury (AKI) syndrome is distinguished by a quick decline in renal excretory capacity and usually diagnosed the presence of elevated nitrogen metabolism end products and/or diminished urine output. AKI frequently occurs hospital patients, there are no existing specific treatments available to diminish its occurrence or expedite recovery. For an extended period food industry, Pediococcus acidilactici has been robust bacteriocin production, effectively inhibiting pathogen growth during fermentation storage. Methods: In this study, aim assess effectiveness P. GKA4, dead probiotic postbiotic GKA4 against cisplatin-induced animal model.
