The impact of oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol, and tyrosol on cardiometabolic risk factors: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

Mediterranean
diet,

olive
oil
as
a
key
component,
is
effective
in
reducing
cardiometabolic
disease

research
aims
to
monitor
the
physicochemical
changes
in
various
varieties
of
extra
virgin
olive
oils
(EVOOs)
supplemented
with
exogenous
polyphenolic
extract
from
fruit,
enriched
hydroxytyrosol
(HTyr)
and
its
derivatives,
compared
numerous
refined
oils,
sunflower
oil,
high
oleic
oil
under
different
deep-frying
conditions
(170–210
°C
for
3
6
h,
with/without
added
HTyr.
Acidity,

TOTOX,
refractive

chlorophyll,

ABSTRACT
In
the
present
investigation,
impact
of
natural
ghee,
olive
oil
and
synthetic
margarine
on
fertility
parameters
male
rabbits
was
evaluated
by
examining
semen
quality,
hormones,
antioxidant
markers,
lipid
profile,
liver
kidney
functions.
Eighty
were
randomly
allotted
into
four
groups
(20
each,
replicates/group).
The
basal
diet
supplemented
control
group;
group
fed
a
10%
diet,
ghee
diet.
group,
quality
parameters,
total
testosterone
levels,
free
testosterone,
luteinizing
hormone
(LH)
enzyme
levels
as
catalase
showed

reduction

to
other
groups.
