of

protein
family,
implicated
in
vesicular
transport,
antioxidant
defense,
and
actin
remodeling.
Its
role
oncogenesis
actively
investigated,
notably
glioblastoma,
astrocytoma,
breast
cancer.
However,
growing
body
literature
explores
ANXA2’s
involvement
neurodegenerative
processes.
The
evidence
suggests
potential
contribution
to
pathogenesis
primary
secondary
tauopathies,
as
well
Parkinson’s
disease.
It
crucial
note
that
majority
these
findings
are
correlative

experimental
validation.

review

Abstract
Annexin
A2
(ANXA2)
is
a
multifunctional
protein
that
binds
to
calcium
and
phospholipids
plays
critical
role
in
various
pathological
conditions,
including
cancer
inflammation.
Recently,
there
has
been
increasing
recognition
of
the
significant
ANXA2
inhibiting
apoptosis
promoting
immune
evasion
tumour
cells.
Therefore,
deep
understanding
regulatory
mechanisms
cell
its
relationship
with
can
provide
new
targets
for
therapy.
This
review
summarizes
regulating
cells,
connection
between
regulation
immunity,
potential
therapy
resistance.
