This study aims to reveal students' and lecturers' perspectives on Information Communication Technology (ICT), including its pros cons, cultivate a technology-friendly environment in colleges. It extensively examines the potential benefits challenges linked integrating Mobile education. Objective: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the development physics learning tools by comparing forms digital and conventional media, along with their respective impacts. This study aims to delineate the research trajectory, key foci, and emergent trends in application of VLEs (VLEs) undergraduate education. Utilizing bibliometric techniques with CiteSpace drawing upon data from Web Science core collection, we conducted a systematic analysis pertinent literature 2004 onwards. Our findings elucidate temporal publication trends, disciplinary distribution, identify most prolific influential authors, institutions, countries/regions within field. We observed phase gradual advancement followed by period accelerated growth stabilization on VLE applications for instruction. Predominant disciplines engaged this include Computer Science, Engineering, Education Educational Research, highlighting field's interdisciplinary nature.
