The microRNA-200 family plays a key role in inflammatory and vascular processes, making it relevant target for Kawasaki disease, vasculitis with coronary complications. This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic potential of urinary exosomal members disease patients. Urine samples from 15 patients healthy controls underwent total exosome isolation high-throughput sequencing. Differential expression was validated using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Diagnostic assessed via receiver operating characteristic analysis, correlations clinical parameters were evaluated Spearman correlation. High-throughput sequencing identified upregulation microRNA-429, microRNA-200b-3p/5p, microRNA-141-3p, microRNA-200a-3p/5p, microRNA-200c-3p We confirmed significant analysis showing high these microRNAs (area under curves 0.844, 0.791, 0.942, 0.842, 0.898, respectively) combined yielding perfect area curve 1.000. MicroRNA-141 microRNA-200c-3p/5p, however, showed no value. MicroRNA-200a-3p microRNA-200a-5p positively correlated white blood cells, platelet counts, C-reactive protein, while microRNA-200b-3p microRNA-429 erythrocyte sedimentation rate, protein. microRNA-200b-5p moderate counts rate. Urinary members, especially demonstrate strong correlating markers. microRNA-200c did not utility.

Abstract The RNA found in the circular system is known as extracellular (exRNA). This kind of has been to play a biological role similar that messenger. They can be used indicators disease status or physiological health an organism. A large number RNA‐based biomaterials have developed by simulating function and structure natural molecules. structural programmability provides spur for scientists pioneer new approaches detection prevention. Nevertheless, link between exRNA design not fully understood. Understanding will contribute clinical translation this novel biotechnology. present review discusses research progress associated with their derivatives bridge gap biomaterials.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are bilayer released by cells in the microenvironment of liver including parenchymal and non-parenchymal cells. They third important mechanism communications between cells, besides secretion cytokines chemokines direct cell-to-cell contact. The aim this review is to discuss role EVs viral disease, as there increasing evidence that transportation proteins, all types RNA, particles complete virions implicated pathogenesis both cirrhosis viral-related hepatocellular carcinoma. biogenesis discussed their diseases presented. Their use diagnostic prognostic biomarkers also analyzed. Most importantly, significance possible novel treatment strategies for fibrosis carcinoma presented, although available data based on experimental clinical trials have not been reported.
