Aim/Purpose: The present study aims to frame the relationship between job and personal resources (namely, organizational identification emotional intelligence), burnout, musculoskeletal disorders (i.e., back pain, upper limb lower discomfort), into theoretical framework provided by JD-R health model. Background: Empirical research indicates a connection burnout onset of problems, one most important occupational issues affecting all jobs organizations. In light model, we investigated association with disorders. Methodology: An anonymous online questionnaire was answered 320 workers (82.4% female, Mage = 42.18; SDage 12.24) investigating their perceived level presence pain (back, neck, shoulder), intelligence. Descriptive analysis, correlation, moderated mediation model were performed using SPSS. Contribution: We confirmed role in salutogenic process considered Emotional intelligence, decreasing limited development Moreover, when presented low medium levels, intelligence strengthened. Findings: Our results showed negative, indirect effect on via burnout. found moderation organization, indicating that at levels identification, is stronger. Recommendation for Researchers: addition work factors involved link disorders, it also consider factors, which can decrease occurrence adverse consequences. Future Research: developments could contribute deeper understanding mechanisms linking as well objective indicators or ecological data collection methodologies (e.g., momentary assessment), identify patterns associations

Bu çalışma, uluslararası dergilerde dönüşümcü liderlik ve öğretmenlikle ilgili konular üzerine yapılan araştırmaları bibliyometrik analiz yoluyla sunmayı amaçlamıştır. PRISMA kılavuzundan yararlanılarak, 2009-2023 yıllarını kapsayan Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanındaki araştırmalar dahil etme hariç tutma kriterlerine göre 108 makaleye daraltılmıştır. Seçilen makaleler VOSviewer yazılımı kullanılarak edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, öğretmen kavramlarının özellikle ABD Çin'de büyük ilgi gördüğünü 2020'den itibaren bu konuların birlikte ele alındığı çalışmalarda bir artış yaşandığını göstermiştir. Son 15 yıl içinde en çok atıf alan yazarlar sırasıyla Ori Eyal, Piety Runhaar, Guy Rot, Karin Sanders Huadong Yang olarak tespit Öne çıkan anahtar kelimeler arasında "liderlik," "öğrenme," "yeterlik," "bağlılık" "profesyonellik" yer almaktadır. En yayını olan dergiler Educational Management Administration and Leadership Journal belirlenmiştir. Gelecek araştırmalarda, öğretmenlik farklı kültürel bağlamlardaki etkilerinin daha detaylı incelenmesi önerilmektedir.

Background: Transformational leadership fosters trusting relationships; new visions; and personal, professional, cultural growth. Effective leaders support their team’s motivational growth organizational goals. This study aims to underscore the importance of transformational its various dimensions, focusing on impact job satisfaction personal mastery among nursing in healthcare organizations. Method: A cross-sectional design with convenience sampling was used. The evaluation tools included Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-6S), Satisfaction Employees Health Care (SEHC) questionnaire, Personal Mastery Scale (PMS). Results: findings indicate that is influenced by leadership, emphasizing tailored development strategies within laissez-faire style only one showing no correlation nurses’ satisfaction. Other styles showed significant positive or negative correlations analyzed variables. Conclusions: are essential for fostering trust enhancing settings. Positive contribute higher levels leaders. Conversely, autocratic can negatively performance staff These highlight critical role creating work environments supporting employee well-being healthcare.
