Obstructive
sleep
apnea
(OSA)
is
a
prevalent
sleep-related
breathing
disorder
that
results
in
multiple
bouts
of
intermittent
hypoxia.
OSA
has
many
neurologic
and
systemic
comorbidities
including
dysphagia,
or
disordered
swallow
discoordination
with
breathing.
However,
the
mechanism
which
chronic
hypoxia
(CIH)
causes
dysphagia
unknown.
Recently
we
showed
Postinspiratory

(PiCo)

as
an
interface
between

Obstructive
sleep
apnea

Abstract
Obstructive
sleep
apnea
(OSA)
can
lead
to
intestinal
injury,
endotoxemia,
and
disturbance
of
flora.
Additionally,
as
a
crucial
component
the
endocannabinoid
system,
some
studies
have
demonstrated
that
cannabinoid
1
(CB1)
receptors
are
closely
linked
multiple
organ
dysfunction
triggered
by
OSA.
However,
role
CB1
receptor
in
alleviating
OSA-induced
colon
injury
remains
unclear.
Here,
through
construction
OSA
classic
model,
we
found
tissue
chronic
intermittent
hypoxia
(CIH)–induced
mice
exhibited
an
overexpression
receptor.
The
results
