Introduction. Quality of life (QoL) studies in patients with oropharyngeal cancer can assist formulating targeted treatment plans, optimising patient care, and improving follow-up strategies. Aim. To conduct a dynamic prospective study the quality stage III-IV cancer, focusing on assessing long-term functional outcomes. Materials methods. A comprehensive involved clinical morphological examinations, pathohistological immunohistochemical analyses selected biopsy samples, QoL assessments 120 (T3-4N0-3M0-1).
