Parkinson's disease (PD) is the most common movement disorder worldwide, of which neuroprotective or neurorestorative therapy not yet available. The current line treatments are believed to be effective in alleviating PD symptoms, but as progress, various complications appear, and treatment becomes challenging. Hence, role nonpharmacologic therapies great interest can useful delay slow progression. Increasing evidence shows important physical activity (PA) management even prevention disease. Several mechanisms thought explain beneficial effect exercise PD. However, exact neurobiological underpinning this benefit fully understood. This chapter will discuss patients possible molecular by PA could lead these effects.

This study tested the association between aerobic fitness and executive function impact of enhanced, cognitively challenging physical activity on in overweight lean children. Seventy children aged 9–10 years were assigned to either a 6-month enhanced education programme including demanding (open skill) activities or curricular only. Pre- post-intervention tests assessed capacity (Leger test) two components function: inhibition working memory updating (random number generation task). Indices compared higher- lower-fit intervention effects evaluated as (enhanced vs. curricular) weight status (lean overweight). Results showed better than children, extending existing evidence new aspects children’s inhibitory ability. Overweight had more pronounced pre- improvements only if involved education. Such not mediated by gains. Therefore, cognitive social interaction challenges inherent open skill tasks, even though embedded low-dose programme, may represent an effective means promote efficiency, especially

This manuscript outlines a model of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) pathophysiology in progressive layers, from its genesis to the development biomarkers and then symptom expression. Genetic predispositions are major factor that leads mitochondrial dysfunction subsequent amyloid tau protein accumulation, which have been identified as hallmarks AD. Extending beyond these accumulations, we explore broader spectrum pathophysiological aspects, including blood–brain barrier, blood flow, vascular health, gut-brain microbiodata, glymphatic metabolic syndrome, energy deficit, oxidative stress, calcium overload, inflammation, neuronal synaptic loss, brain matter atrophy, reduced growth factors. Photobiomodulation (PBM), delivers near-infrared light selected regions using portable devices, is introduced therapeutic approach. The primary pathological hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the formation and accumulation neurofibrillary tangles plaques, which result from aggregation amyloid-β (Aβ) induced by oxidative stress. effectiveness therapeutics significantly hinges on drug’s bioavailability its ability to penetrate neuronal cells. current investigation was designed as a first attempt examine bio-fabricated Lepidium sativum (LS) seed-extract-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNps) increase bioefficacy for prevention undifferentiated SH-SY5Y cells stress H2O2 peptide (Aβ,1-42). SLNps were fabricated using LS extract water phase hyaluronic acid chia seed fatty acids phase, then confirmed characterized UV, Zeta size, SEM methods. biological safety synthesized LS-SLNps has been determined MTT assay PI staining (nuclear damage) in hMSCs. LS-SLNp-pretreated with 2 µM beta-amyloid (Aβ,1-42) fibrils; furthermore, neuroprotective potential through quenching stress, enhancing mitochondrial capacity, immunoregulatory potential. Observations found that treated both fibrils showed decreased cell growth, nuclear damage, membrane due However, pretreated 24 h an proliferation uniform morphology increased compared alone. Abstract Vacuolar protein sorting 35 (VPS35), a critical component of the retromer complex, plays pivotal role in pathogenesis neurodegenerative diseases (NDs). It is involved transmembrane sorting, facilitating transport from endosomes to trans‐Golgi network (TGN) and plasma membrane. Recent investigations have compellingly associated mutations VPS35 gene with disorders such as Parkinson's Alzheimer's disease. These genetic alterations are implicated misfolding, disrupted autophagic processes, mitochondrial dysregulation, synaptic impairment. Furthermore, exerts notable impact on neurogenesis by influencing neuronal functionality, conveyance, performance. Dysregulation or mutation may escalate progression conditions, underscoring its safeguarding integrity. This review comprehensively discusses functional impairments NDs. we provide an overview further explore intricate relationship between research advancements offer novel perspectives valuable insights for identifying potential therapeutic targets treatment image
