Acne vulgaris is a common dermatological condition that can present across different ages but predominantly affects adolescents and young adults. Characterized by various lesion types, the pathogenesis of acne complex, involving genetic, hormonal, microbial, inflammatory factors. This review comprehensively addresses current emerging management strategies, emphasizing both topical systemic treatments, procedural therapies, dietary modifications. Key agents include retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, other specialized compounds. Systemic options like hormonal retinoids offer significant therapeutic benefits, particularly for moderate to severe cases. Procedural treatments such as laser devices, photodynamic therapy, chemical peels, intralesional injections viable alternatives reducing symptoms scarring. Emerging therapies focus on novel biologics, bacteriophages, probiotics, peptides, providing promising future options. underscores importance personalized approaches treatment due multifaceted nature acne, highlighting potential innovative improving patient outcomes.

Focal adhesion plaques (FAPs) play an important role in the communication between cells and extracellular matrix (ECM) cells' migration. FAPs are macromolecular complexes made by different proteins which also interact with metalloproteinases (MMPs). Because of these fundamental properties, MMPs involved cancer invasion metastatic cascade. The most FAP formation activity (i) integrins, (ii) a complex intracellular (iii) cytoskeleton proteins. latter, together MMPs, filopodia invadopodia needed for cell movement ECM degradation. Due to their key migration invasion, components often upregulated thus potential targets therapy. Polyphenols, large group organic compounds found plant-based food beverages, reported have many beneficial healthy effects, including anticancer anti-inflammatory effects. In this review, we discuss growing evidence demonstrates that polyphenols can inhibit various pathways like PI3K/Akt, lower focal kinase (FAK) phosphorylation decrease invasiveness, leading overall antitumoral effect. Introduction Vitiligo is a common disorder of depigmentation caused by the progressive destruction melanocytes that affects skin, hair, and mucous membranes, clinically presenting as depigmented macules leukotrichia. This condition, affecting millions people worldwide, has significant psychosocial burden on patients’ quality life, particularly in relation to skin colour. The etiopathogenesis this obscure, but multiple factors contribute loss like oxidative stress, inflammation, genetics, autoimmunity. treatment vitiligo been challenging over past years, recent developments understanding disease have paved way for development more effective promising therapeutic options. Objective aim review was provide an overview underlying mechanisms highlight latest advances vitiligo. Methodology performed according PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Metanalyses) guidelines. A comprehensive search literature carried out through PubMed electronic database from inception 31 December 2023 using following terms “vitiligo” AND “JAK inhibitors”, “prostaglandin”, “afamelanotide”, “antioxidants”, “vitamin D3”, “vitiligo “statins”, “TNF-alpha”, “interleukin”, “light therapy”. Two independent reviewers screened titles, abstracts, full texts select papers dealing with its treatment. Conclusion advent modalities Janus kinase inhibitors, prostaglandin analogues, antioxidants, TNF-α targeted phototherapy, excimer lasers revolutionized possibilities, offering ray hope individuals suffering devastating condition.
