Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most frequently found in world, and it discovered when already far along its development. About 20% of cases CRC are metastatic incurable. There more evidence that colorectal stem cells (CCSCs), which charge tumor growth, recurrence, resistance to treatment, what make so different. Because we know about cell biology, quickly learned molecular processes possible cross-talk between signaling pathways affect balance gut cancer. Wnt, Notch, TGF-β, Hedgehog examples pathway members whose genes may change produce CCSCs. These control self-renewal pluripotency SCs then decide function phenotype However, terms their ability create tumors susceptibility chemotherapeutic drugs, CSCs differ from normal bulk cells. This be reason for higher rate recurrence patients who underwent both surgery chemotherapy treatment. Scientists have a group uncontrolled miRNAs related CCSCs stemness properties. CCSC functions like changing expression cycle genes, metastasis, drug mechanisms. CCSC-related mostly signal known important biology. The biomarkers (CD markers miRNA) diagnostic roles main topics this review study.

Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is a severe neurodegenerative disorder caused by deficiency of survival motor neuron (SMN). While significant progress has been made in SMA therapy rescuing SMN expression, limited knowledge about downstream genes hindered the development alternative therapies. Here, we conducted whole-transcriptome sequencing spinal cord, heart, and liver tissues mouse model at early postnatal ages to explore critical coding non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). A large number differentially expressed (DE-RNAs) were obtained, including 2,771 mRNAs, 382 microRNAs (miRNAs), 1,633 long ncRNAs, 1,519 circular RNAs. Through in-depth data mining, unveiled deregulation miR-34a all tissues. Analysis competitive endogenous RNA networks DE-RNAs identified multiple novel targets Spag5 mRNA, lncRNA00138536, circRNA007386. Further vitro studies using myoblast human cardiomyocyte cell lines showed that knockdown upregulated miR-34a-5p overexpression alone disrupted cell-cycle progression through regulating its targets, recapitulating gene expression patterns observed cardiac tissue mice. Our results miRNA involved pathology, which sheds insights into molecular basis widespread abnormalities forms SMA.

The largest part of human DNA is transcribed into RNA that does not code for proteins. These non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) are key regulators protein-coding gene expression and have been shown to play important roles in health, disease therapy response. Today, endocrine ERα-positive breast cancer (BC) a successful treatment approach, but resistance this major clinical problem. Therefore, deeper understanding mechanisms overcome resistance. An increasing amount evidence demonstrate ncRNAs affect the response therapy. Thus, considered versatile biomarkers predict or monitor In review article, we intend give summary update on effects microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs) circular (circRNAs) estrogen signaling BC cells, pathway being target therapy, their role For purpose, reviewed articles these topics listed PubMed database. Abstract Schizophrenia (SCZ) is a serious psychiatric condition with 1% lifetime risk. SCZ one of the top ten global causes disabilities. Despite numerous attempts to understand function genetic factors in development, components pathophysiology remain unknown. The competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network has been demonstrated be involved development many kinds diseases. ceRNA hypothesis states that cross-talks between coding and non-coding RNAs, including long RNAs (lncRNAs), via miRNA complementary sequences known as response elements, creates large regulatory across transcriptome. In present study, we developed lncRNA-related elucidate molecular mechanisms SCZ. Microarray datasets associated brain regions (GSE53987) lymphoblasts (LBs) derived from peripheral blood (sample set B GSE73129) patients control subjects containing information about both mRNAs lncRNAs were downloaded Gene Expression Omnibus database. GSE53987 comprised 48 samples taken (15 HPC: hippocampus, 15 BA46: Brodmann area 46, 18 STR: striatum) 55 (18 HPC, 19 BA46, STR). sample GSE73129 30 LB controls). Purpose: The goal of this study was to identify the crucial autophagy-related genes (ARGs) in periodontitis and construct mRNA-miRNA-lncRNA networks further understand pathogenesis periodontitis. Methods: We used Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database Human Autophagy Database (HADb) differentially expressed mRNAs, miRNAs, ARGs. These ARGs were subjected Ontology (GO), KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes) pathway, PPI (protein–protein interaction) network analysis. Two databases (miRDB StarBase v2.0) reverse-predict miRNAs while miRNA-lncRNA interaction predicted using v2.0 LncBase Predicted v.2 databases. After excluding lncRNAs only present nucleus, a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) built. Finally, we quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) confirm levels mRNA expression ceRNA network. Results: differential analysis revealed 10 upregulated downregulated intersecting reverse-predicted with consisting 4 mRNAs (LAMP2, NFE2L2, NCKAP1, EGFR), 3 (hsa-miR-140-3p, hsa-miR-142-5p, hsa-miR-671-5p), 30 constructed. Glioblastoma accounts for 45.2% of central nervous system tumors. Despite the availability multiple treatments (e.g., surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological therapy, immunotherapy, and electric field therapy), glioblastoma has a poor prognosis, with 5-year survival rate approximately 5%. The pathogenesis prognostic markers this cancer are currently unclear. To end, study aimed to explore identify potential markers. We used data from GEO TCGA databases identified five genes ( ITGA5 , MMP9 PTPRN PTX3 STX1A ) that could affect patients were differentially expressed between non-tumors groups. Based on variety bioinformatics tools reverse prediction target associated prognosis GBM, ceRNA network messenger RNA (STX1A, PTX3, MMP9)-microRNA (miR-9-5p)-long non-coding (CRNDE) was constructed. Finally, we therapeutic drugs (bacitracin, hecogenin, clemizole, chrysin, gibberellic acid) may be effective glioblastoma.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are noncoding products of backsplicing pre-mRNAs which have been established to possess potent biological functions. Dysregulated circRNA expression has linked diseases including different types cancer. Cancer progression is known result from the dysregulation several molecular mechanisms responsible for maintenance cellular and tissue homeostasis. The these processes defined as cancer hallmarks, pathways implicated in them regarded targets therapeutic interference. In this review, we summarize literature on investigation circRNAs hallmark signaling. First, present general information properties circRNAs, such their biogenesis degradation mechanisms, well basic Subsequently, roles framework each finally discuss potential targets.
