The aim this study is explore effects and THUMPD3-AS1 GC. Elevated levels were observed GC demonstrated a significant positive correlation with poor prognosis. Functionally, promoted cell proliferation, migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) induced tumor growth vivo. exerts its regulatory function on BCAT1 through competitive binding miR-1297.
