Acute and chronic neurodegenerative diseases (NDs), including multiple sclerosis (MS), Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's (PD), are characterized by neurodegeneration, which is the gradual malfunction damage of neurons axons in central nervous system. Improved clinical diagnostic workups development tracking successful disease-modifying treatments made possible detecting appropriate (ND) biomarkers. Important biomarkers, such as Tau proteins, amyloid-β, α-synucleins, essential for precise identification but often evaluated using time-consuming, expensive, traditional techniques like polymerase chain reaction (PCR) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Due to its exceptional selectivity sensitivity, electrochemical biosensing has become a popular, low-cost substitute more conventional methods. Nanoparticles biosensors particularly noteworthy because they improve electron transport aid immobilizing biorecognition components. Conducting polymers have shown great potential field sensing. Additionally, research that polypyrrole, polyaniline, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), poly(thiophene) regarded among best conducting fabricating sensors. An electrochemical sensor based on AuPtPd trimetallic nanoparticles functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes coupled with chitosan modified glassy electrode (GCE/CS/MWCNTs-AuPtPd) was proposed for the rapid detection of bisphenol A (BPA). were first assembled MWCNTs to obtain MWCNTs-AuPtPd nanocomposite. Given the significance of water in our lives, it has become imperative to protect its quantity and, especially, quality. Therefore, crucial monitoring create novel electrochemical sensor can simultaneously discriminate water, primarily bisphenol A (BPA), phenol (Phe), catechol (CC). In work, new BPA, Phe, CC detection consisting AgNPs modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) been developed. Under best experimental conditions, green AgNPs/GCE exhibits high sensitivity selectivity individual simultaneous phenolic compounds (PCs), with limit 0.147, 0.131, $0.126 ~\mu \text{M}$ , respectively, CC. The present approved testing on real samples.
