Background: Reactive attachment disorder (RAD) and disinhibited social engagement (DSED) manifest in individuals facing system challenges, particularly observed minors under protective measures. The lack of standardized tools for assessing these difficulties uncertainty about the most effective instruments from a psychometric perspective prompted this study. Aim: Using COSMIN checklist, we systematically reviewed RAD, adhering to PRISMA. Methodology: Examined included Disturbance Attachment Interview, Preschool Age Psychiatric Assessment, Relationship Patterns Questionnaire, Assessment RAD DSED, Development Well-Being Disorder Questionnaire. Results: Of 10 articles analyzed, results highlight research emphasis on internal consistency structural construct validity, sidelining other properties. Conclusion: Most review validity consistency. These measures are satisfactory but insufficiently evaluated. It is necessary evaluate using indicators such as cross-cultural measurement error, or responsiveness adolescents

Abstract Individuals diagnosed with autism, attachment disorders, emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) or complex post‐traumatic stress (CPTSD) can present similar features. This renders differential and accurate diagnosis of these conditions difficult, leading to diagnostic overshadowing misdiagnosis. The purpose this study was explore professionals' perspectives on the disorders CPTSD in young people; EUPD adults.
