Background: This study examines the impact of lifestyle factors, particularly sleep patterns and stress, on skin health aging in Indian population. The findings provide valuable information for professionals, policy makers individuals to develop targeted interventions recommendations promote healthy combat premature aging. Methods: utilized SPSS Software (by IBM) descriptive inferential statistical tests, calculating frequencies percentages categorical variables. Descriptive statistics summarized participants' characteristics, while chi-square test was used investigate associations between socio demographic factors acne. total 510 participants included analysis. Results: To associated with finding (acne), Chi-square find association where expected count cells less than 5, Fisher Exact applied. Statistical significance determined at p<0.05. There a but 7 did not consent participate so 503 were Conclusions: use smartphones has had big patterns, which are crucial preserving physiological balance. Sleep disturbances can cause dryness irritation skin. A diet high fruits vegetables like tomatoes, red grapes directly linked promoting health. Blue light exposure from other electronics hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, tanning, problems. Nomophobia is phenomenon that we see this age reliance technology, especially cell phones.

Abstract Chloasma, which is distinguished by irregularities in the pigmentation of skin, poses substantial challenge field dermatology. The regulatory influence vitamin D on functions skin cells implies that it may have capacity to effectively treat chloasma and promote wound healing. To assess efficacy treatment its impact function barrier during process research spanned from April 2022 September 2023, Shanghai, China, examined 480 individuals who had been diagnosed with chloasma. A double‐blind, placebo‐controlled clinical trial was utilized evaluate effectiveness topical D3 Concurrently, randomized control investigated effects ingested supplements Transepidermal water loss (TEWL), severity score changes, size reduction hydration levels were critical performance indicators. Statistically, scores decreased significantly group at 3 6 months compared placebo ( p < 0.05). Vitamin exhibited superior healing outcomes, including more lesion enhanced function, as evidenced increased TEWL substantially mitigated has beneficial effect integrity barrier. Based results obtained, promise a therapeutic intervention dermatology, specifically promotion recovery.

Our objective was to assess the effect of Venous Leg Ulcer (VLU) healing on Quality Life (QoL) in patients undergoing compression therapy. This non-randomized, quasi-experimental, and observational study involved with VLU. A convenience sample individuals receiving services followed for at least one year while The Medical Outcomes Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) Charing Cross Questionnaire (CCVUQ) were employed measure variables interest. Study participants categorized into Healed Group (HG) Unhealed (UG). final comprised 103 individuals. HG demonstrated improvements SF-36 scores domains Social Role Functioning (n = 34, p<0.001), Physical 33, Dimension 38, p<0.001). Additionally, CCVUQ assessment revealed score enhancements Domestic Activities 30, p 0.001) Interaction 0.009). QoL showed significant functionality, physical performance, social interaction after therapy treatment. In contrast, UG only group experience deteriorations QoL.

ABSTRACT The concept of aging has evolved from being primarily attributed to genetic factors recognizing the critical role epigenetic mechanisms. Recent advancements, such as clocks, have provided tools assess biological age and offer insights into processes at molecular level. In aesthetic dermatology, understanding these allows for more personalized, effective interventions targeting root causes skin aging. This review explores interplay changes, aging, potential personalized care enhance longevity rejuvenation. is based on an extensive literature search conducted across PubMed other scientific databases. Studies focused mechanisms DNA methylation, histone modifications, their relationship Particular attention was given recent advancements in including Horvath's Clock GrimAge, implications dermatological treatments. Epigenetic Clock, demonstrated utility assessing through methylation markers, revealing actionable processes. Energy‐based devices like fractional lasers radiofrequency shown promise reversing age‐related promoting collagen synthesis, reducing age. Additionally, lifestyle diet, sleep, circadian rhythm alignment significantly influence health. Integrating dermatology represents a paradigm shift rejuvenation, allowing treatments that address visible signs underlying Using clocks provides framework tailoring individual patient needs, optimizing outcomes, extending results. Future research should focus longitudinal studies, accessibility, ethical considerations fully harness epigenetics health overall well‐being.

Abstract Analysing the possibilities of obtaining biosurfactants and using waste materials as substrates for their production allows us to emphasize that are in line with ideas sustainable development protection non-renewable resources. These also apply engineering technology cosmetic products. For this reason, because multi-functionality biosurfactants, role widespread use formulations is likely increase. Biosurfactants tend have good surface properties. Their structural diversity results differences biological, antioxidant or biocidal activity. The paper presents potential could be used composition products dedicated fight against problems ageing skin. Particularly important skin process radicals prevention collagen loss overall appearance depends on level hydration roughness. an effect melanogenesis process, controlling hyperpigmentation. A relatively new approach emphasizes microbiome, available research points correlation maintaining correct structure microbiome.
