To grasp the decomposition reaction rule of calcium carbonate in cement raw material, thermogravimetric analyzer (TG), derivative (DTG), and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were used for analysis. Calcium samples heated linearly at multiple heating rates 10, 20, 30, 40 °C/min atmospheres N2 70% + 30% O2, respectively. The kinetics was investigated using a double extrapolation method. Kinetic parameters thermal most probable mechanism function determined two different atmospheres. results show that TG, DTG, DSC curves moved to higher temperature with increase rate, addition O2 atmosphere had almost no effect on change curve. Geopolymer concrete could be the best alternative to ordinary Portland cement due its higher performance in any severe condition. It reduces carbon footprints a very level. Machine learning methods are future of construction industry because it predicts mechanical strengths mix design on basis their constituents without destructive test conduction. This study is aimed at developing models predict and validate them with actual results. After experimental investigation, we found results (including compressive, splitting tensile, flexural tensile) strength. The M2 geopolymer got highest whereas M5 gets lowest among all designs. machine ANN (artificial neural network) random forest used develop based mixed Mechanical strength taken as outputs, inputs for training testing. predicted checked R 2 , MAE (mean absolute error), RMSE (relative mean square RAE RRSE (root‐relative error). Random show prediction shows negligible error between values. value 1 12 out 15 by use methods. So most suitable constituent’s material quantity.
