The

study
aims
to
investigate
the
perceptions
of
Generation
Z
students
about
ideal
learning
after
pandemic
in
Indonesia.
This
research
uses
a
qualitative
design
with
phenomenological
approach.
There
were
30
from
6
different
campuses
Serang
City,
Banten,
Indonesia,
who
used
purposive
sampling
technique
as
participants.
Data
collection
was
carried
out
using
semi-structured
interviews,
which
then
analyzed
thematic
analysis
techniques.

findings
this
state
that
there
are
four
main
themes
regarding
post-pandemic
learning,
namely:
(a)
is
not
monotonous,
(b)
equal
portions
theory
and
practice,
(c)
managed
by
an

(d)
need
for
application

learning.
