This study investigates the impact of flipped learning (FL) with and without teacher feedback on resilience perceived professional competence among university students. quasi-experimental study, conducted over three academic years, involved 255 s-year students (mean age = 20.47 ± 2.63; 60.4% female) enrolled in a Primary Education Teaching degree program at Spanish public university. Participants were divided into two treatment groups: Feedback FL Non-feedback FL. Validated scales—the Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) Perceived Competence for Students (PCNS)—were used pre- post-intervention assessments. Both groups demonstrated significant improvements competence, no statistically differences between groups. Data analysis included Mann–Whitney U tests inter-group comparisons, Wilcoxon intra-group 2 × repeated measures ANOVA, which revealed interaction effects (Time Treatment) either variable. These results suggest that alone fosters development transversal skills such as regardless feedback. The findings highlight effectiveness active models like higher education promoting essential competencies. Future research should address additional soft employ larger, more diverse samples to further explore role innovative methodologies enhancing FL’s impact.

This scoping review aims to identify the impact of educational interventions on physical activity levels and literacy in Europe. Using bioecological model, we analyzed effectiveness increasing engagement examined their dimensions literacy. Our results show that 10 12 selected articles focus microsystem (PE lessons) and/or mesosystem (school-family relationship). The analysis highlights motivation as a predominant target, positively influencing cognitive aspects. remaining two were multilevel interventions, more fully utilizing all successful weekly activity. However, literacy, which lays foundation for long-term active lifestyle, remains unclear. We recommend developing intervention research according UNESCO framework by creating multi-stakeholder promote schools establishing cohorts evaluations. could improve PE teacher training raising awareness effective strategies lifestyles.

Flipped learning is a pedagogical approach that directs instruction from group to an individual space. This can stimulate students’ motivation, promote adequate physical activity levels, and reduce sedentary (SED) behaviour. Addressing the literature gap regarding correlations among these factors in school education (PE), this study aimed examine association of SED behaviour with flipped four-lesson unit. Framed by self-determination theory, quasi-experimental design was adopted measure compare moderate-to-vigorous (MVPA), SED, motivation levels 111 primary students aged between 10 11 years ( mean = 10.07, standard deviation .26) Hong Kong. AbstractQuality physical education programs target student learning outcomes in all three domains. One instructional strategy that has the potential to reach and national content standards is reciprocal style of teaching. Research examining teaching shown a plethora desirable such as, motor skill improvement, increase cognition about critical elements, ability foster more inclusive environment can be achieved. However, there evidence suggesting peer observers struggle with diagnosing skill-error providing accurate feedback related performance. A flipped classroom address these issues by affording students online experiences help improve their analysis skills prior class. Physical teachers implement intention improving following four simple steps: (1) develop content; (2) embed formative assessments; (3) upload (4) review responses. will find many benefits this approach, including less pressure execute long demonstration addresses psychomotor, cognitive, affective outcomes, an class time afford opportunities respond as doer observer resulting learning.
