Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu prosedur yang dimuat dalam buku panduan siswa PJOK pada materi passing bawah voli menggunakan model flipped classroom kelas VIII SMPN 1 Pakis diperoleh melalui serangkaian tahapan tersusun. Jenis adalah dan pengembangan ADDIE dikenalkan oleh Brancah dengan terdiri dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan. Implementasi evaluasi. The importance of physical education in higher is widely recognized, as it improves not only exercise attitudes and motor skills but also fitness, social skills, academic performance. However, courses Chinese colleges universities face various constraints, such a shortage teachers, limited teaching methods, insufficient resources, resulting low student negative toward sports, participation rates. This study explores the effectiveness blended learning model, which integrates traditional face-to-face instruction with online components, improving university students' basketball skills. research was conducted 2022 at Luoyang Normal University China, utilizing cluster randomized controlled trial (CRCT) 78 healthy first-year students. Participants were randomly assigned to either experimental group (blended learning) or control (traditional learning), intervention lasted 16 weeks. Exercise assessed via Attitude Scale, whereas evaluated set shot half-court dribbling shooting tests. Both instructional models improved skills; however, model demonstrated significantly superior outcomes. Effect sizes (d) ranging from 0.57 1.92 indicated that showed greater improvements behavior attitude, target cognition, intention, emotional experience, control, subjective standards. The flipped classroom (FC), a blended learning approach where students engage with lesson content remotely before in-person class, is increasingly recommended in different educational settings. Advancing its integration within genuine physical education (PE) settings, this research explores the effects of an innovative FC model on experiences secondary school gymnastics. This study presents data from 42 students, aged 17.42 ± 0.80 years, divided quasi-randomly between 19 (FC) group and 23 traditional (TA) group. Data were collected after six-week intervention, assessing motor through gymnastics floor routines, knowledge acquisition via custom-designed written test, both autonomous (AMI) controlled motivation indexes (CMI) “Situational Motivation Scale” (SIMS). During engagement was quantified direct observation as number skill repetitions per session. Kualitas pendidikan merupakan salah satu indikator kemajuan suatu negara. Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan kualitas hasil belajar bagi siswa. Pembelajaran online menjadi penyebab menurunnya Diskusi di kelas belum terlalu aktif karena memahami isi materi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Mata Kuliah Evaluasi Program Fakultas Teknik. Sampel penelitian digunakan 60 responden terbagi 2 kelas. Jenis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari adalah dengan flip-flop membuat pertemuan lebih produktif bermakna. Siswa menguasai materi kecepatan mereka sendiri, fleksibel namun bertanggung jawab, memiliki kebebasan untuk secara mendalam, berdasarkan pengumpulan data dalam proyek sedang berlangsung luar menunjukkan bahwa flipedd clasroom terintegrasi 4C (berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi kolaborasi) berpengaruh pada peningkatan Secara keseluruhan, temuan penilaian kurikulum flipped classroom sebagai strategi efektif memaksimalkan tanggung jawab mengeksplorasi pembelajaran, berlatih tetap termotivasi tertarik menghasilkan maksimal.

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, observation, reflection, and application of wall media in an effort improve learning outcomes down passing volleyball games for seventh-grade students at MTSN 4 Banyuwangi. research consists two cycles. Since flipped learning (FL) is a popular approach in worldwide university classroom, expanding the scope with diverse disciplines and student populations necessary. This study examines Korean pre-service teachers' evaluations satisfaction for physical education courses. The data was collected 2022 fall, including course exit survey (n=103) focus-group interviews (n=8). results are as follows. Firstly, FL provides convenient adaptable environment PSTs, allowing them to access materials conveniently. Secondly, format beneficial PSTs developing their self-directed skills, they review before attending face-to-face classes. As result, reported feeling more prepared in-class assignments. Thirdly, praised instructor competent educator who effectively communicated content well-organized manner. However, preferred immediate feedback during discussions or synchronous Zoom lectures.
