Maritime accidents frequently lead to severe property damage and casualties, an accurate reliable risk prediction model is necessary help maritime stakeholders assess the current situation. Therefore, present study proposes a hybrid methodology develop explainable for accident types. Based on advantages of selective ensemble learning method, this pioneers introduce two-stage selection aiming enhance predictive accuracy stability model. Then, SHAP (Shapley Additive Explanations) method integrated identify effective mapping associations seafarers' unsafe acts their factors with results. The results demonstrate that developed achieves good performance 87.50% F1-score 84.98%, which benefits in assessing type advance, so as make proactive intervention measures.

Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (STEM) coupled with Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS) presents a powerful platform for detailed material characterization via rich imaging and spectroscopic data. Modern electron microscopes can access multiple length scales sampling rates far beyond human perception reaction time. Recent advancements in machine learning (ML) offer promising avenue to enhance these capabilities by integrating ML algorithms into the STEM-EELS framework, fostering an environment of active learning. This work enables seamless integration STEM High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems. is facilitated our developed server software, written Python, which acts as wrapper over DigitalMicrograph (version 3.5) hardware modules enable remote computer interactions.
