This chapter investigates teachers' attitude towards collaborative AI in academic writing instruction. Fifteen teachers were selected from three public sector universities the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Semi-structured interviews explored for teacher-AI collaboration, apprehensions, ethical considerations using GenAI tools and measures to address these concerns. Thematic analysis revealed five key themes: i) acceptance willingness use AI, ii) perceived value relevance writing, iii) iv) challenges regarding v) suggestions enhance collaboration. Findings a positive instruction readily accessible, precise, structured information. However, are concerned about unethical GenAI. They advocated responsible verifying data accuracy through alternative original sources. Teacher training professional development recommended tailored instructional practices.

The primary objective of this study was to examine the range available Artificial Intelligence (AI) writing tools and assess their influence on student writing, particularly in terms content organization, as perceived by English a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers. Utilizing qualitative approach, research constructed within case design. data collected via semi-structured interviews, targeting information about diversity AI impact students" quality. gathered from four EFL teachers across three distinct universities Indonesia, shedding light variety used classrooms. Abstract AI-powered platforms for dynamic writing present transformative opportunities to enhance English language acquisition and actively engage learners in tasks. However, the role of artificial intelligence improving proficiency fostering motivation among as a Foreign Language (EFL) remains an area that has yet be thoroughly investigated. This research endeavor seeks address prevailing knowledge gap field by exploring influence on skills EFL learners. The study's objectives encompass assessment impact these coherence, vocabulary usage, grammatical accuracy, task accomplishment, learner motivation. Utilizing mixed-methods approach, study examined 65 intermediate students from Islamic Azad University, Varamin-Pishva branch, who were divided into two groups: one employed tools, while other followed traditional classroom-based exercises. Quantitative data gathered via IELTS-based assessments scales, qualitative insights derived semi-structured interviews. findings revealed substantial enhancements AI group across all measured dimensions comparison control group. Heart modeling is one of the fastest-growing fields, which favors effective application HDTs. Abstract Mobile learning (M‐learning), ChatGPT and social media are integral to university education, improving accessibility, personalization interactive engagement in the process. It was a cross‐sectional quantitative investigation, data were collected from 600 students through self‐developed questionnaire having four subscales (M‐learning, ChatGPT, performance). The increasing ubiquity of digital devices in childhood had outpaced the understanding their effects on cognitive development, creating a significant research gap regarding long-term impact. Methods: We conducted comprehensive literature search across multiple databases, including PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web Science, to critically assess domains such as attention, memory, executive functions, problem-solving skills, social cognition.
