Accelerating the development of new energy infrastructure in EU based on renewable sources is necessary for targeted reduction greenhouse gas emissions and increase production from sources. This article reviews current issues research innovations within European policy. The effectiveness generation resources adaptation may be limited to challenges ensuring flexibility pan-European system, as storage systems technologies respond demand much slower than energy. Therefore, study's primary purpose was explain by mathematical modelling determinism variation electricity EU27 due predictors net certain types 2017-2020. To identify effects deployment EU27, a regression model Markov switching three regimes chosen, consisting selected clean (hydro, geothermal, wind, solar). statsmodels v0.13.2 toolkit Python 3.10.5 used conduct this study. between total not constant depends mode production. The ambitious goal of the European Union (EU) countries is to achieve carbon neutrality by providing inclusive economic growth, which requires development relevant incentives and initiatives. Furthermore, such initiatives should guarantee achievement declared goals. Energy sectors are core determinant growth. Traditional energy resources (coal oriented) have a higher negative impact on nature people’s well-being than social benefits. However, transition renewable raises new issues in achieving goals growth: affordable clean energy, responsible consumption, infrastructure. analysis theoretical framework found that digitalization government could be instrument for handling abovementioned issues. paper aims justify role green growth empirically. study applies following methods: fully modified Ordinary Least Square (OLS) canonical cointegrating regression. findings allow concluding institutional quality passively affects has U-shaped In this case, boost digital transformation public services continuously increase institutions.
