The rapid growth of information technology and industrial revolutions provoked digital transformation all sectors, from the government to households. Moreover, transformations led development cryptocurrency. However, crypto trading provokes a dilemma loop. On one hand, economic development, which allowed attracting additional resources extending smart green technologies for de-carbonising growth. other intensifying energy sources, an increase in greenhouse gas emissions environmental degradation. paper aims analyse connections between trading, country, renewable consumption, data analysis were obtained from: Our World Data, Data Bank, Eurostat, Ukrstat, Crystal Blockchain, KOF Globalisation Index. To check hypothesis, applied Pedroni Kao panel cointegration tests, FMOLS DOLS models, Vector Error Correction Models. findings concluded that increasing enhanced GDP, real gross fixed capital formation, globalisation. long run, relationship share energies total consumption was not confirmed by empirical results. For further directions, it is necessary impact on land water pollution.

The Green Deal policy and Sustainable Development Goals require that the economic development of a country should be reoriented towards ‘green‘ development. Currently, globalisation intensification production boosts urbanisation in many countries, which may stimulate growth improve citizen well-being, but also lead to excessive consumption resources negative environmental impacts. Against backdrop these challenges, it is expedient estimate effects on green define relevant changes instruments for achieving view urbanisation. research covers EU countries Ukraine (as an official candidate European Union membership) period 2005–2020. Achieving sustainable development goals depends on governance effectiveness within the penetration of digital technologies in all spheres and levels. Furthermore, energy sector is a crucial inhibitor that efficacy public services. In this case, paper aims at analyzing impact e-governance achieving goals, particularly affordable clean energy. The object research EU countries period 2013–2019. data are compiled from databases Eurostat, World Data Bank, Sustainable Development Report. study applies following methods: taxonomy method to measure index, fixed effect, random pooled OLS regression model check results outlined leaders (Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Malta) outsiders (Romania, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland) 2019. findings confirm statistically positive extending Thus, improving by 1 point causes growth renewable average 4.4 points. industrial structures’ improvement allows increasing 0.4 trade activization (economic openness) contributes an increase 0.1. democracy level does not have significant for countries. empirical show with high values (Sweden, Austria) achieve highest SDG7 Index Score. countries, digitalization strategic SDG achievement.

The ambitious goal of the European Union (EU) countries is to achieve carbon neutrality by providing inclusive economic growth, which requires development relevant incentives and initiatives. Furthermore, such initiatives should guarantee achievement declared goals. Energy sectors are core determinant growth. Traditional energy resources (coal oriented) have a higher negative impact on nature people’s well-being than social benefits. However, transition renewable raises new issues in achieving goals growth: affordable clean energy, responsible consumption, infrastructure. analysis theoretical framework found that digitalization government could be instrument for handling abovementioned issues. paper aims justify role green growth empirically. study applies following methods: fully modified Ordinary Least Square (OLS) canonical cointegrating regression. findings allow concluding institutional quality passively affects has U-shaped In this case, boost digital transformation public services continuously increase institutions.
