The optimization of structure and thermal properties in 3D-printed insulation materials remains an underexplored area the literature. This study aims to address this gap by investigating impact 3D printing on manufactured cellular composites. studied were closed-cell foams with a complex cell based Voronoi model, using incremental technology (3D printing). influence composite, type material used, number layers composite its properties, i.e., conductivity coefficient, resistance, coefficient heat transfer, was analyzed. Energy Performance Certification (EPC) systems are pivotal in addressing the global energy challenge, particularly building sector. This study evaluates efficacy of EPC offered by Simplified Building Model interface designed to indicate compliance with Cypriot regulations, widely known as iSBEM-Cy Version 3.4a, examining a typical residential unit Cyprus. Data on construction features and electromechanical were collected, actual monthly electricity oil bills analyzed determine total primary consumption. Various factors considered, including efficiency operational parameters for heating, cooling, lighting, auxiliary systems, domestic hot water. The sustainability of biomass supply chains is a topic significant debate, given its importance in the emerging bio-economic context.
