This study aims to produce a mix of enzymes through Solid State Fermentation (SSF) raw materials. Four different, easily available, agro-industrial wastes were evaluated as SSF substrates for production by Cryphonectria parasitica (Murr.) Barr. environmental strains named CpA, CpB2, CpC4, and CpC7. Among the tested wastes, organic wheat bran human use animal feed better supports C. growth protease without any supplements. SDS-PAGE analyses highlighted presence three bands corresponding an extracellular laccase (77 kDa), endothiapepsin (37 carboxylesterase (60.6 kDa). Protease, laccase, esterase activities in 15 days, showing maximum activity at day 9 (3955.6 AU/gsf,). Conversely, best was achieved after days. Alkaline proteases are widely used in industrial processes due to their high pH tolerance and thermal stability. In present work, the protease producing ability of Bacillus strains (Bacillus subtilis PTCC 1254, B. 1156 1715) was studied. 1254 showed highest proteolytic activity therefore, strain selected as biological agent submerged fermentation. Cell growth kinetic model investigated using Malthus Logistic equations, which were relatively well fitted experimental data. The maximum specific rate for models 0.187 0.377 h-1, respectively. optimum culture conditions defined follows: 9, temperature 37°C, fermentation time 72 h, agitation speed 150 rpm 4% inoculum with medium contained 1 g/l CaCl2, 0.6 K2HPO4, KH2PO4, 0.2 MgSO4.7H2O, 2 sugarcane bagasse 4 corn bran carbon nitrogen sources. A 25% v/v wastewater containing starchy waste main substrate. Under conditions, alkaline 117.43 U/ml achieved. Also, obtained able remove blood stain from cotton fabric hydrolyze gelatin X-ray film.
