Biodiesel is considered one of the alternative replacements to fossil fuels. However, major challenge associated with its application in diesel engines higher level NOx emissions. Fuel modification technologies, where biodiesel blended various additives and fuels, have emerged as a distinguished method recent years improve engine performance reduce NOx. The study aims emissions by fuel techniques. Five blends were prepared using Tucuma along ethanol, carbon nanotubes, eucalyptus oil. deployed test bed at rated speed varying loads investigate performance, emission, combustion characteristics. results revealed that ethanol-blended fuels such DE10 TB10E10 had reduced 51.37% 9%, respectively, lower compared diesel. Although nanoparticle blend exhibited increased diesel, it demonstrated reductions 4.1%, 4.56%, 7.2%, 3.1% 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, TB10. highlights tradeoffs observed between operating conditions parameters for blends, detailed this research. found TB10E10CNT20 exhibit improved close CO recommends further exploring impact injection rates they showed longer ignition delays since advancing can create better ethanol blends.
