article

simple
strategies
faculty
may
use
achieving
greater
work-life
balance.

from
identifying
prioritizing
to-do
lists,
protecting
schedules,
being
more
efficient

to
help
us

Abstract
This
research
focuses
on
female
managers
and
aims
to
explore
the
factors
influencing
work–life
balance
among
in
Chinese
higher
education
institutions
(HEIs),
while
also
ranking
importance
of
these
within
HEIs.
The
is
divided
into
five
main
sections
employs
a
two-round
Delphi
method,
utilizing
expert
discussions
opinions
thoroughly
analyze
challenges
faced
by
managers.
findings
reveal
six
primary
dimensions
that
influence
These
factors,
ranked
order
importance,
are
as
follows:

family
(2)
work-related
(3)
cultural
social
norms,
(4)
health
(5)
self-management
personal
skills,
(6)
support
satisfaction.
In
conclusion,
this
offers
valuable
recommendations
for
understanding
improving
HEIs,
providing
essential
guidance
both
achieving
balanced

professional
lives.

Abstract
Psychological
burnout
is
strongly
associated
with
negative
effects
on
people’s
life,
including
their
emotional
well-being
and
physical
health.
Due
to
prolonged
periods
of
stress,
heavy
workloads,
limited
resources
time
constraints,
teachers
are
prone
burnout,
leading
aversive,
consequences.
While
previous
studies
have
investigated
various
factors
we
explored
the
association
between
teachers’
relational
personal
variables,
applying
a
cross-sectional
method.
The
sample
consisted
248
Israeli
(85.1%
worked
in
educational
settings
for
typically
developing
children,
52.4%
were
employed
high
schools),
who
completed
following
questionnaires:
Teachers’
Perceived
social
support,
Gratitude,
Hope,
Active
entitlement
Loneliness.
Results
demonstrated
links
gratitude
hope
as
well
positive
link
loneliness.
A
serial
multiple
mediation
revealed
that,
whereas
support
lower
levels
feelings
loneliness
sense
related
higher
it.
Furthermore,
gratitude,
hope,
entitlement,

Objective
This
study
examined
the
relationships
between
teacher
competency,
occupational
stress,
emotional
exhaustion,
sense
of
professional
achievement,
and
work
engagement
among
secondary
school
physical
education
teachers.

demographic
differences
in
these
variables

invariance

Method
A
total
1,347
teachers
participated
study,
completing
validated
scales
to
measure
key
constructs

information
such
as
gender,
age,
level,
title,
location.

descriptive
statistics,
t-tests,
one-way
ANOVA,
correlation
analysis,
equation
modeling
(SEM).
Mediation
effects
assessed
through
bootstrapping,

multigroup
SEM.
Results
Demographic
analyses
revealed
significant
differences.
Male
reported
higher
engagement,
while
female
experienced
slightly
greater
exhaustion.

those
with
lower
titles
stress

COVID-19
