Workplace harassment is a significant concern across various industries, including academic libraries, where female professionals often encounter unique challenges. This study assesses the prevalence and effect of workplace among library in Indian libraries. 100 working college university libraries India participated survey conducted May 2024. The explores types, contexts, perpetrators its effects on well-being job performance. Findings reveal high harassment, predominantly perpetrated by colleagues, with individuals’ psychological satisfaction. While some security measures are place, perceptions their effectiveness vary. Purpose This study examines the key factors shaping Malaysian students’ decisions when selecting higher education institutions (HEIs), guided by Herbert Simon’s theory of bounded rationality. Design/methodology/approach A two-round Delphi method was employed to collect and refine expert perspectives from 15 experts, comprising lecturers, professors university administrators. In first round, open-ended questions identified possible determinants student choice. second experts ranked these factors, Kendall’s W coefficient used evaluate degree consensus. Findings Seven critical were identified: institutional reputation, faculty qualifications academic financial issues, program availability location, career progression, social aspects campus amenities. The bubble milk tea industry in Malaysia which was thought to have slowed down the recent years since its first appearance 2010 has made a comeback. At point of conducting this research, there are almost 100 brands and it is not surprising that some these shops selling more than thousand cups day. However, been limited research conducted on factors influencing brand equity Johor Bahru.
