Background
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
amplified
mental
health
challenges
among
adolescents,

COVID-19
pandemic
has
produced
unprecedented
changes
in
the
lives
of
many
people.
Although
research
documented
associations
between
concerns
related

This
study

the
experiences
of
Japanese
martial
arts
(JMA)
practitioners
during
COVID-19
understand
how
JMA
impacted
on
their
mental
wellbeing.

semi-structured
interviews

thematic
