Background: Returning to work (RTW) is a crucial aspect of recovery for patients with breast cancer (BC), which indicates restored normalcy, financial stability, functional abilities, and an improved quality life. However, associated factors related not RTW among BC remain unclear. In this study, we examined BC. Methods: A cross-sectional study convenience sampling were conducted in two hospitals Indonesia recruit eligible participants. Factors collected included symptoms distress, loneliness, anxiety/depression, perceived social support, frailty. logistic regression model was performed explore RTW. Findings: total, 250 148 them experienced Anxiety, frailty, support emerged as significant who had higher anxiety level (odds ratio [ OR]: 5.30; 95% confidence interval [CI] [2.16, 12.98]), high loneliness ( OR: 3.15, CI [1.29, 7.67]), or frail 2.53; [1.07, 5.98]) risk lower 5.65; [1.81, 17.63]) Conclusion/Applications Practice: Occupational health professionals can offer early counseling, education, strategies BC, assisting their preparations terms both physical psychological functions successfully
