In the recent pandemic, nurses have faced workload and being exposed to burnout. Resilience helps address work-related psychological problems such as stressful events According roles of in healthcare system, we investigated relationship between resiliency burnout nurses.In this descriptive analytical cross-sectional study, 364 participated from April June 2021. Census sampling was used recruit participants. Maslach inventory (MBI), Connor-Davidson Resiliency Scale (CDRISC), a demographic check-list were utilized collect data. Data analysis done using SPSS version 22. Shapiro-Wilk, Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney U-test, correlation analysis, generalized linear model applied accordingly.Overall, findings showed that had severe symptoms moderate level resilience. The two domains burnout, emotional exhaustion personal accomplishment significantly negative with resilience (r = -0.442, p < 0.001 r -0.351, 0.03, respectively). The emergence of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has affected health-care workers’ psychological and mental health. Few studies have been conducted examining the effect COVID-19 on worker health in Jordan. Therefore, present study aims to assess respective levels fear, anxiety, depression, stress, social support, associated factors, experienced by Jordanian workers during Pandemic. This adopted a cross-sectional, correlational design collect data from 365 Amman, Jordan, August 16th 23rd, 2020. Along with collecting sociodemographic characteristics, Fear Scale, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support electronically administered participants. majority participants (69.3%) were registered nurses. mean overall score for scale was 23.64 (SD + 6.85) which again exceeded mid-point total range (21), indicating elevated level fear pandemic. Participants had displayed extremely severe depression 40%, anxiety 60%, 35% severely distressed. Scores (21.30 ± 10.86), (20.37 10.80), stress (23.33 10.87) also high. Factors determined be distress being male, married, aged 40 years older, having more clinical experience. Assessment support indicated moderate-to-high perceived all dimensions (significant other: 5.17 1.28, family: 5.03 1.30, friends: 5.05 1.30). Weak significant correlations found between other variables (r < 0.22), weak association respectively. Prevention of post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) in healthcare workers (HCWs) facing the current COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge worldwide as HCWs are likely to experience acute and chronic, often unpredictable, occupational stressors leading PTSS. The primary aim was to evaluate the burnout prevalence among healthcare workers (HCWs) in intensive care units (ICUs) and emergency departments (EDs) during COVID-19 pandemic. secondary identify factors associated with this population. Burnout among healthcare personnel has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic's unique features. During pandemic, this systematic review and meta-analysis aims to provide a complete assessment of prevalence burnout across various personnel. Until January 2021, searches for English language papers were conducted using PubMed, Scopus, EMBASE, Web Science, Cochrane Library, ProQuest. Thirty observational studies found after conducting searches. The pooled overall was 52% [95% confidence interval (CI) 40-63%]. Pooled emotional exhaustion (EE), depersonalization (DP), lack personal accomplishment (PA) 51% (95% CI 42-61%), 39-65%), 28% 25-31%), respectively. This study demonstrated that nearly half workers experienced during pandemic. In included, non-frontline exposed also burnout. From high lower middle-income countries, there gradient in total burnout, EE, PA. Further on low lower-middle-income countries are suggested. A uniform diagnostic tool is warranted.
