A growing body of empirical evidence shows that occupational health is now more relevant than ever due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract To identify factors that can contribute toward supporting educator adoption of digital technologies beyond the emergency remote teaching response to COVID‐19, we investigated how teachers’ motivation and abilities related use for changed since onset pandemic. Teaching work is stressful, moreover during the pandemic teachers' stress might have been intensified by distance education as well limited access to social support, which functions a buffer in experiencing stress. The aim of research was investigate relation between and well-being, their close relations other first two waves COVID-19 pandemic.The conducted stages on 285 Polish primary secondary school teachers who were recruited means chain referral method. following measures used: Depression Anxiety & Stress Scales-21, Berlin Social Support Scales, Relationship Satisfaction Scale Injustice Experience Questionnaire.The experienced at least mild levels stress, anxiety depression, both second Poland. The purpose of this study was to examine secondary teachers’ efficacy for teaching in a fully online environment during the sudden transition that happened due COVID-19 pandemic. This aimed at understanding how specific variables, experience, professional development (PD) and supports might correlate with self-efficacy perceptions teachers transitioning pandemic domains student engagement, instructional strategies, classroom management computer skills. instrument used measure teacher web based 32-item survey given Ontario greater Toronto district school board. The COVID-19 pandemic has initiated digital developments in higher education while closing in-person university classes. As this crisis continues, the need to revive virtual learning opportunities was seriously felt. present study conducted determine online flipped classroom's effect on nursing students' self-directed readiness and metacognitive awareness.This quasi-experimental single-group with pretest-posttest design recruited 34 sophomore students of a school Lorestan province, Western Iran selected by census according inclusion criteria. Online asynchronous classrooms were used during semester's first second eight weeks, respectively. Students filled out scale awareness inventory before, middle of, at end semester. Data analyzed using paired t-test Stata-14 software.There no significant difference between mean score before after (P=0.15), but increased significantly OA (P=0.0004). After applying classrooms, (SD) scores 272.03 (53.03) 162.03 (21.77), respectively, which confirmed their improvement compared intervention. A comparison changes both methods indicated that implementation did not lead differences total (P=0.15) (P=0.07).Online classroom approach can be as an effective method improving awareness, are essential for students.

This exploratory study contributes to the understanding of self-confidence as a predictor self-efficacy, ease use, and usefulness eLearning platforms in corporate training. The present research explored relationship among employees’ beliefs regarding self-confidence, grit, their workplace during COVID-19 pandemic. In total, 307 responses from Romanian employees who used training (females = 60.3%, males 39.7%, age range less than 24 years (12.1%) over 55 (6.2%)) were exploited for research. Data analyzed through path analysis model. Results indicate that grit (i.e., consistency interest), perceived use considerably directly influenced by variable. Usefulness was indirectly self-confidence. Mediation indicated full mediation occurs only variable between usefulness. A unit increase will expected value 0.54 units (t 8.39, p < 0.001), 0.15 2.39, 0.017), self-efficacy 0.53 6.26, 0.001). addition, fully mediated regressed on (β 0.20, t 2.51, 0.012). These novel results reveal contributions interest dimension, predicting lifelong learning solutions, which improve business outcomes. related investigation consequences further considered.

The current study aims to validate and apply an instrument assess the relationship between communication overload, social technostress, exhaustion academic performance. We performed a cross-sectional, analytical of 2286 university medical students influence technostress as mediator media overload mental its detrimental effect on performance in Peru during COVID-19 pandemic. research model was validated using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) establish variables model.
