Abstract Purpose This review seeks to examine the current state of postpartum social support and psychosocial conditions among women around world, as well explore relationship between these factors. Additionally, it aims propose a logical framework for enhancing in this population. Methods Following development search strategy, two databases, PubMed Science Direct, were searched studies published January 2019 May 2023. The current study endeavored to systematically integrate and quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of interpersonal psychological interventions for postpartum depression patients.Four electronic databases Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Web Science were employed literature retrieval, search time was from inception database May 30, 2022. Literature screening data extraction performed independently by two researchers.A total 528 studies screened, 9 them finally included. There 1012 subjects, 518 assigned in experimental group 494 control. Abstract Background Guidelines on psychological and/or psychosocial assessment and intervention in the perinatal period can provide beneficial practice guidance for healthcare professions to reduce maternal distress potential mortality. Introduction. Pregnancy is a unique time in woman's life that can be both exciting and challenging. The literature search data extraction was performed by two independent raters. resulted 13 eligible studies overall comprising 1373 participants. conducted random-effects meta-analyses after completion digital intervention (compared control group). Results. Digital methods were significantly able reduce depression (g = -0.47, 95% CI [-0.9; -0.09]) anxiety -0.41, [-0.77; -0.05]), but not symptoms. These effects moderated attrition rate (βDepression 0.025, pDepression < 0.01; βAnxiety 0.022, pAnxiety βStress pStress 0.01). Primiparity had influence regarding (β 0.033, p 0.024). Conclusions. promising mental health pregnant women. identified certain parameters moderating this effect, example, primiparity rate.
