Stressors associated with COVID-19 pandemic stay-at-home orders are increased depression and anxiety decreased physical activity. Recent studies have shown reduced physical activity at early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there is a lack investigation on longitudinal changes in beyond lockdowns and stay-at-home orders. Moreover, it unclear if heterogeneity growth trajectories. This study aimed to explore patterns factors associated with them. Data were from UCL Social Study. The analytical sample consisted 35,915 adults England who followed up for 22 weeks 24th March 23rd August 2020. analysed using mixture models. Our analyses identified six classes trajectories, including three stable showing little change over time (62.4% total), two decreasing (28.6%), one class increasing (9%). Our study aimed evaluate effect COVID-related quarantine on smoking dietary habits a well-characterized northern Italian rural population. For this purpose, while lockdown restrictions were in place (February–April 2020), 359 subjects Brisighella Heart Study cohort underwent phone interview about their lifestyle habit changes during COVID-19-related quarantine. Quarantine did not significantly modify nor body mass index. Subjects increased daily carbohydrates consumption, all fresh vegetables, healthy vegetable oils, milk yogurt, alcoholic drinks, sugars sweets, coffee. The weekly consumption low-fat meat, cured meat other than ham, cheeses, eggs, nuts mixed seed oils increased, intake fish, mussels, legumes decreased lockdown. Dietary Quality Index reduced 42.4 ± 4.1 37.8 4.7 (p < 0.03). In accordance with our findings, might worsen quality diet, also leading an almost food categories.
