COVID-19
has
led
to
a
global
health
emergency
worldwide.
As
result,
healthcare
workers
undergo
distress
mainly
due
the
perceived
risk
of
contracting
virus.
Such
stress
might
cause
them
leave
their
jobs.
In
this
context,
current
study:
(1)
introduced
concept
and
measured
it
by
adapting
validating
an
existing
scale
available
on
infectious
diseases
(2)
investigated
its
outcomes,
underlying
mechanisms,
boundary
conditions
for
workers.
With

theory,
study
aimed
investigate
association
between
turnover
intentions
among
workers,
particularly
Doctors,
nurses,
paramedics
staff.
