The present study investigated the predictive effect of neuroticism and extraversion on mental health among Hongkongers during third wave COVID-19 pandemic (from May 28 till September 26, 2020), with coping style as a potential mediator. Particularly, mediation model between personality traits neuroticism, strategies was constructed within framework personality-coping-outcome theory. A sample 170 participants completed an online questionnaire containing preliminary demographic questions, Coping Strategy Indicator, General Health Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Brief Version. Results analysis indicate that can directly affect psychological well-being pandemic, have indirect (with size 28.45%) individual through strategy “avoidance”. other two strategies, namely “problem solving” “seeking social support”, do not play any role in process. Moreover, significant mediating is absent relationship health.

Introduction In response to the global impact of COVID-19 pandemic, concerns about mental health, particularly anxiety levels, have become prominent. This study aims explore relationship between neuroticism, a personality trait associated with emotional instability, and during outbreak. Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted using Cochrane Library, HINARI, Google Scholar, PUBMED, resulting in identification 26 relevant papers. The aim of this cross-sectional study is to investigate the role psychological inflexibility in relationship between anxiety and depression emotional eating a sample 123 inpatient Italian adult individuals with obesity. Participants completed Anxiety Depression subscales Psychological General Well-Being Inventory, Acceptance Action Questionnaire, Emotional Eating subscale Dutch Behavior Questionnaire assess depression, inflexibility, eating, respectively. Results showed that indirect effect PGWBI-A on DEBQ-EE through AAQ-II was significant [ b = −0.0155; SE 0.076; 95% BC-CI (−0.0320 −0.023)]. Similarly, PGWBI-D −0.0383; 0.0207; (−0.0810 −0.0002)]. This study examines how individual differences in employees' demographics, physical workspace, job satisfaction, workplace support, and pandemic-induced changes affected subjective well-being, productivity, overall flourishing (Flourishing Index, FI) while working from home (WFH). A cohort of 602 employees Bangkok, Thailand, was surveyed. Factor Analysis Mixed Data (FAMD) revealed underlying interactions between variables that reflected FI scores work-related perceptions. In-person focus group interviews were conducted with 30 participants following their return to work deepen understanding aggregate survey responses. We found the domains short-term positive negative affects are significantly influenced by satisfaction environment, demographics (e.g., age, marital status, employment tier), perceived emotions, demand, resources.
