Guru PAUD adalah profesi yang memiliki risiko untuk mengalami burnout cukup tinggi akibat tuntutan pekerjaan. Ketika pandemi COVID-19 melanda, pekerjaan guru semakin dan berat. Hal ini juga berakibat pada PAUD. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui apakah dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja dapat menjadi prediktor selama di masa COVID-19. Metode digunakan kuantitatif sebanyak 121 orang partisipan, yaitu 7 provinsi Indonesia terkumpul dengan metode snowball sampling. Terdapat dua alat ukur digunakan, kuesioner disusun oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, valid nilai validitas 0.555 – 0.862 0.429 0.804. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa tergolong reliabel koefisien Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0.964 0.973. Partisipan mengisi secara daring. Hasil penelitian terhadap prediksi 32,4%. sejalan sebelumnya, namun besaran rendah, 58% Penurunan disebabkan berkurangnya interaksi antar Selama pandemi, lebih banyak bekerja rumah komunikasi tatap muka diminimalisir menghindari persebaran virus, sehingga pemberian penerimaan berkurang. Untuk memperkuat ini, maka berikutnya mengumpulkan partisipan seluruh ada Indonesia. Selain itu, melibatkan faktor-faktor lain mungkin memprediksi derajat burnout.

The paper presents the results of research on advantages and disadvantages innovative e-learning during COVID-19 pandemic in higher education. E-learning is expected to become a common teaching and learning approach in educational institutions the near future; thus, success of e-learning initiatives must be ensured order make this sustainable mode learning. This paper conducts quantitative research on the influence of COVID-19 pandemic adaptation to digital learning environments (DLE) a group 908 university professors. We compared perceptions participants who were natives (born before 1980) with those immigrants after 1980). For this purpose, validated survey was used and obtained responses statistically analyzed. The results show negative correlation between stress competence professors their skills environments, which although weak for both two groups are stronger immigrants. This research aims to describe the relationship between resilience and burnout facing COVID-19 pandemics. The sample was n = 831 lecturers professors of a Mexican public university. study is quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, explanatory, ex post facto using Structural Equations Modeling with latent variables under partial least square’s method technique. We used CD-RISC-25 SBI questionnaires measure burnout, respectively. (SEM–PLS) allowed visualization exogenous variable (resilience) in endogenous (dimensions burnout: E9 guilt, E7 emotional exhaustion, E8 indolence, E6 work illusion). To this day, there are very few previous studies that jointly analyze Mexico characteristics face pandemic. Findings show resources availability has strongest correlation accomplishment teaching, followed by cynicism exhaustion. These results have important professional implications.

While online learning has always faced criticism regarding social issues such as the lack of engagement, interaction, and communication, COVID-19 distancing increased public’s concern criticism. Therefore, purpose this research was to investigate model factors affecting students’ satisfaction with learning. The proposed constructed based on extensive review relevant literature determine critical examined validated in research. data were collected from a total 258 students using quantitative method approach. A structural equation modeling technique utilized analyzing obtained data. findings study reveal that all namely presence, space, identity, influence, support found significantly affect account for about 56% variance satisfaction. Several suggestions recommendations are provided line limitations.

Studies show that student mental health has continued to deteriorate over the years. Developing strengths-based approaches could aid educators in development of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and positive protective factors students support their well-being success; however, little is known subject experience who attempt this.This study aims understand award-winning educators; both attempts cultivate challenges pursuit goal during shifting academic landscape at emergence COVID-19.Six from a British university.Participants were interviewed video calls this research design using semi-structured interviews.
