pandemi
COVID-19
melanda,
pekerjaan
guru
semakin

Hal

PAUD.
Penelitian
bertujuan
mengetahui
apakah
dukungan
sosial
dari
rekan
kerja
dapat
menjadi
prediktor
selama
di
masa
COVID-19.
Metode
digunakan
kuantitatif
sebanyak
121
orang
partisipan,
yaitu
7
provinsi
Indonesia
terkumpul
dengan
metode
snowball
sampling.
Terdapat
dua
alat
ukur
digunakan,
kuesioner
disusun
oleh
peneliti.
Berdasarkan
hasil
uji
validitas,
valid
nilai
validitas
0.555
–
0.862

Uji
reliabilitas
menunjukkan
bahwa
tergolong
reliabel
koefisien

This
paper
conducts
quantitative
research
on
the
influence
of
COVID-19
pandemic
adaptation
to
digital
learning
environments
(DLE)
a
group
908
university
professors.
We
compared
perceptions
participants
who
were
natives
(born
before
1980)
with
those
immigrants
after
1980).
For
this
purpose,
validated
survey
was
used
and
obtained
responses
statistically
analyzed.
The
results
show
negative
correlation
between
stress
competence
professors
their
skills
environments,
which
although
weak
for
both
two
groups
are
stronger
immigrants.
Both
self-confidence
