This study explored the correlates of climate anxiety in a diverse range national contexts. We analysed cross-sectional data gathered 32 countries (N = 12,246). Abstract Background This systematic review aims to 1) summarize the prevalence of anxiety, depression, distress, insomnia, and PTSD in adult population during first year COVID pandemic developing countries 2) uncover highlight uneven distribution research on mental health all across regions. Medical and socio-economic uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic have had a substantial impact on mental health. This study aimed to systematically review existing literature reporting prevalence of anxiety depression among general populace in Africa during examine associated risk factors.A systematic search following databases African Journal Online, CINAHL, PubMed, Scopus, Web Science was conducted from database inception until 30th September 2021. Pooled (47%, 95% CI: 40-54%, I2 = 99.19%) (48%, 39-57%, 99.45%) reported across pandemic.
