Ports play an important role in transportation networks, but the ecological efficiency of many ports cannot reach effective level.To improve ports, we need to analyze current and propose policy recommendations based on results.In this paper, first employed super-efficiency SBM model calculate four major Yangtze River Delta port group from 2011 2021.The results showed that average comprehensive was 0.647, which did not level.The overall curve U-shaped.Then used Tobit key factors affecting port's efficiency.We found economic development cities could promote improvement efficiency.The application level emerging technologies also had a positive impact, impact weak.However, expanding scale would reduce its efficiency.At last, provided some recommendations.

The establishment of the Free Trade (Pilot) Zone (FTZ) is a new attempt by China to embark on modern sustainable urban planning and governmental territorial management at development stage high-quality economy. As lands serve as limited resource foundation for civic production livelihoods, enhancing land use efficiency becomes key measure facilitate metropolitan economies high quality. Utilizing panel data from prefecture-level cities spanning 2005 2021, this study constructs multi-period difference-in-differences model explore impact FTZs (ULUE). results indicate that can significantly enhance efficiency, with more pronounced policy effect observed in central cities, inland higher urbanization rates. Furthermore, also demonstrate spatial spillover effects efficiency. This holds great significance relevant government departments formulating policies optimize allocation, promote FTZ development, foster management.

Achieving high-quality economic development is a crucial feature of China’s new stage. As an environmental regulation tool by implementing differentiated credit policy, green inevitable choice to achieve development. In this paper, ecological welfare performance used measure the level And based on panel data 30 provinces during 2008–2019, spatial Durbin model and mediating effect are empirically study direct indirect in China. The results show that: (1) shows positive global correlation overall scope, with local characteristics high–high aggregation low–low aggregation. (2) Green can significantly promote regions, but has negative spillover adjacent regions. (3) boost improving technological innovation, industrial structure upgrading, energy consumption structure. Based these conclusions, policy recommendations put forward.
