Adapting to working from home caused physical and psychological difficulties, leading work–family imbalance lower employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study intends identify relationship between variables affecting telecommuting experience improve employees’ perceived organizational support by constructing a balanced model of experience. An online questionnaire survey was conducted with 142 employees different organizations epidemic in Xi’an. The NASA-TLX scale used quantitatively evaluate cognitive load home, Analytic Hierarchy Process method applied map negative factors obtain weight value each factor. Purpose: This study aimed to examine the factors affecting virtual work arrangements (VWAs) and their impact on organizational performance (OP) within Nepalese organizations.Design/methodology/approach: The utilized a quantitative research methodology, employing sample size of 408 individuals engaged in environment. It conducted empirical communication satisfaction (CS), job (JS), support computer anxiety (CA), personal empowerment (PE) OP.Findings: study's findings revealed that CA had highest significance level (β = 0.466, p < 0.05) predicting enhanced OP. Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate long‐term development in job crafting during the COVID‐19 pandemic among employees with and without mental health issues (MHI). Furthermore, aimed explore role resources regarding these changes. We have analysed longitudinal panel data six waves between 2019 (applied as pre‐pandemic baseline) 2022 from Switzerland, Germany Austria. Hierarchical linear modelling showed change differences crafting: MHI experienced a higher decrease compared MHI. In this research, we examined how COVID-19 impacts employee decision-making and performance, knowing that virus has negatively affected public health, crippled economies, transformed social business environments across the globe. To quantitatively test our specific hypotheses regarding effects of employees’ perceived risk psychological distress on negative performance outcomes, surveyed 443 healthcare workers who were employed by a group private hospitals in Zimbabwe. These essential delivering day-to-day frontline services with high exposure to during pandemic. Abstract As greater numbers of people have worked at home during the COVID‐19 pandemic, workers, organisations and policy makers begun considering benefits a sustained move towards homeworking, with workers' satisfaction homeworking often cited as key driver. But is that relevant to overall job satisfaction? In this study, we examine whether are predicted by different demands resources, namely, those well established in design literature (workload, autonomy social support) for former specific context (loneliness, work–nonwork interference, interference adequacy environment) latter. In this paper we investigate the effect of working-from home (WFH) on job satisfaction. We use longitudinal data from Italy to estimate a difference-in-differences model, in which treatment group includes individuals who transitioned remote work 2020 due COVID-19 pandemic and continued 2021. perform analysis, extends various aspects self-reported satisfaction, by gender personality traits as per Big-Five framework, encompassing Openness Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism. Our findings reveal that WFH exhibits positive influence albeit exclusively among women, with some heterogeneity, depending personal characteristics. Specifically, seems more noticeable women characterized elevated whereas those heightened conscientiousness or neuroticism levels tend experience less satisfaction when working remotely.
