This
study
is
aimed
to
examine
the
impact

mindfulness
in
relationship

social
isolation,
job
and
financial
insecurity,
stress
during
lockdown
period
COVID-19
pandemic.
Drawing
on
Conservation
Resources
theory,
Psychological
Contract
Mindfulness
Awareness
notion,
we
propose
that
insecurity
partially
mediates
link
from
isolation
mediated
as
follows:
first,
simple
partial
mediation
through

respectively.

Growing
evidence
suggests
that
empathy
is
a
relevant
psychological
trait
