Drawing on Conservation Resources theory, Psychological Contract Mindfulness Awareness notion, we propose that insecurity partially mediates link from isolation mediated as follows: first, simple partial mediation through both second, sequential respectively. Moreover, assume moderates stress. The results our SEM analyses, using a sample 1,356 respondents China, support all research hypotheses. Based this empirical work, concludes mindfulness, which considered by many people play role reducing period, de facto endangering their mental health (that is, they experience more stress) instead. Theoretical practical implications, well limitations proposals for future are discussed.

What helps couples to cope with stressful life events? And is their relationship satisfaction predominantly linked individual-level or couple-level processes both? To answer these questions, we developed a theoretical model based on aspects of the vulnerability-stress-adaptation framework, Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems approach, and previous empirical findings. We investigated between pandemic-related external stressors during early months COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, individual well-being dyadic coping were examined as mechanisms that underlie stress-satisfaction relation. A total 416 individuals indicating they in relationship, aged 18–93 years ( M age = 42.88, SD 15.74; 50.8% females), participated three-wave online survey May (T1), June (T2), July (T3) 2020. Applying multivariate equation modeling, three pandemic-relevant (i.e., general pandemic burden, financial childcare burden) respective link via coping. Higher levels stress at T1 related less T2 which turn lower T3. The overall result pattern supported assumption both relationship-level adaptation mediated relation outcome. In tendency, stressor was well-being, whereas more specific processes. Results highlight importance distinguishing couple emphasize need study regard satisfaction.
