The
Burnout
Assessment
Tool
(BAT)
is
a
new
measure
of
burnout
that
was
developed
to
address
the
shortcomings
existing
instruments.
This
study
investigates
psychometric
properties
Lithuanian
version
(BAT-LT).
In
total,
408
adult
workers
were
surveyed
(the
mean
age
35.94
years;
68.6
per
cent
female;
43.9
held
managerial
positions).
Participants
came
from
different
sectors
economic
activity.
results
showed
BAT-LT
had
good
factorial
validity,
indicating
BAT-LT’s
four
subscales
(exhaustion,
cognitive
impairment,
emotional
and
mental
distance)
can
be
combined
into
single
score.
Moreover,
Cronbach’s
alpha
values
indicate
reliability
for
all
six
core
secondary
symptoms
scales.
Furthermore,
confirmed
could
differentiated
job
boredom,
workaholism,
work
engagement
depression.
Finally,
measurement
invariance
across
status
sector
observed.

Students’
burnout
has
been
widely
investigated
in
recent
decades,
mainly

higher
risk
for
female
students
across
academic

OBJECTIVE:
Despite
decades
of
burnout
research,
clinical
validated
cut-off
scores
that
discriminate
between
those
who
suffer
from
and
don’t

still
lacking.

Burnout
is
a
pervasive
issue

Abstract
This
study
focuses
on
the
adaptation
of
Georgia
School
Personnel
Survey
(GSPS)
to
assess
perceptions
school
climate
among
Portuguese
educational
professionals,
including
teachers
and
support
staff.
Data
from
two
samples
(
n

=
1965;
2
2884)
were
analysed
in

confirmatory
factor
analysis,
