This
research
seeks
to
contribute
the
ongoing
discussion
about
distinctive
nature
of
burnout
and
depression.

a
first
study,
we
relied
on
employee
samples
from
four
European
countries
(N

Burnout
Assessment
Tool
(BAT)
is
a
new
measure

burnout
