Indian children experienced large-scale disruption in educational, psychological, and social welfare access when schools abruptly closed due to COVID-19. ABSTRACT: Objective: Families in the United States experienced tremendous disruptions during COVID-19 pandemic. Psychological sequelae are important elements of the burden disease among caregivers. This cross-sectional study explored social determinants (SDoH)-mediated stressors during COVID-19 risks for caregivers children with prenatal Zika virus exposure. Twenty-five Hispanic completed surveys assessing SDoH vulnerabilities, COVID-exposures impact, post-traumatic disorder (PTSD) symptomatology, provided a hair sample cortisol concentration (HCC). Most had low education, household income < $15,000/year, were unemployed. Stressors included disrupted education specialized services, food insecurity. The lockdown in Serbia imposed major challenges for parents to take on a 24/7 shift caretaking, educating, and entertaining their children, while managing complete the demands of professional roles everyday household functioning, along with constant fear virus spreading potential job loss. This study examines parenting practices (enriching activities, harsh parenting, daily structure, screen time perception increase time) during COVID-19 relation perceived stress, parents' socioeconomic status working conditions (i.e., without work obligation, online, from workplace). sample consisted 1510 mothers preschool children. Four clusters were identified using relevant variables (education level, economic impact pandemic financial situation). results showed that highly educated who worked remotely experienced significantly higher stress balancing than other parents.
