Abstract
Aims
To
examine
the
relationship
between
second
victim
distress
and
outcome
variables,
specifically:
‘turnover
intentions,
absenteeism
resilience’.

cross‐sectional

mediation
analysis

ABSTRACT
Purpose
The
aim
of
the
study

explore

nurses'

outcomes
