Background The global outbreak of COVID-19 has brought to light the profound impact that large-scale disease outbreaks can have on healthcare systems and dedicated professionals who serve within them. High nurse turnover has economic implications for healthcare organizations and impacts the quality of care. Individual, job-related, organizational factors determine turnover. This study, thus, aimed to investigate impact nurses' resilience relationship between staff nurses managers, defined as leader-member exchange (LMX), on actual A prospective study was conducted from June July 2022, targeting three advanced treatment hospitals in Japan. This study aims to examine the relationship between professional identity and job satisfaction their impact on intention stay among clinical nurses in China during prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.A cross-sectional survey was conducted from April 30 May 25, 2021, China. Data were collected using identity, satisfaction, questionnaires 1425 nurses. A single mediation analysis utilized test interrelationship variables, STrengthening Reporting of OBservational studies Epidemiology (STROBE) checklist as a reporting guide.Nurses indicated medium level stay, with mean scores 3.85, 3.25, 3.47, respectively. Introduction Nurse job satisfaction, defined as the positive emotional state experienced by nurses regarding their profession, factors related to performance and outcomes, can affect career planning development. Methods cross-sectional utilized self-reported data gathered from 709 To analyze moderating effects, bootstrapping regressions were conducted. Results Perceived pressure mediated satisfaction (indirect = 0.195, 95%CI [0.145,0.250]). Furthermore, analysis revealed that grit’s impact on (moderating 0.036, 95% CI [0.010, 0.061]). Discussion Low levels might reduce increase. However, diminish this negative effect. Nursing managers should actively seek improve hospital while pressure, thereby improving satisfaction.

Job satisfaction and factors affecting them are among the most important social issues. Resilience has a moderating role in relationship between stress diseases, so it can affect person's job because enables person to deal with adverse conditions. This study aimed investigate nurses' psychological resilience during COVID-19 outbreak.This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional (2022) used convenience sampling select 300 nurses. The Connor Davidson Scale Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were collect data. data then analyzed SPSS 22 statistical methods (Independent t-test, Analysis of Variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple linear regression).The results showed positive poor resilience, some its dimensions (trust individual instincts, tolerance negative (p = 0.006), acceptance change secure relationships 0.01), spiritual influences 0.04)) < 0.001). In other words, high level increased their vice versa.Enhancing frontline nurses pandemic improved affected care provided by them. Nurse managers control offer interventions that would strengthen it, especially at crises.
