The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
exerted
a
profound
impact
on
numerous
facets
of
our
daily
lives,
including
in
higher
education.
International
students
have
encountered
unique
challenges
due
to
their
vulnerability
stemming
from
living
abroad,
cultural
adjustments,
language
barriers,
and
separation
families
friends.
This
review
aims
examine
the
educational,
financial,
sociocultural
psychological
impacts
experienced
by
international
context
identify
areas
requiring
support
for
this
group.
A
systematic
search
eight
databases
yielded
78
relevant
papers
inclusion.
Through
qualitative
synthesis,
presents
an
increased
understanding
multifaceted
students,
encompassing
five
key
themes:
1)
unprecedented
learning
2)
stalled
transnational
mobility,
3)
heightened
social,
challenges,
4)
exacerbated
racism
racial
discrimination,
5)
mental
health
risks.
By
systematically
synthesising
distinctive
faced
pandemic,
provides
recommendations
evidence-based
post-pandemic
era.

Abstract
The
main
objective
of
this
rapid
systematic
review
was
to
examine
how
the
COVID‐19
pandemic
impacted
peer
relationships
for
adolescents
(10–25
years
age)
around
globe.
