Abstract
Background:
Chile
did
not
adopt
general
and
unified
lockdowns
for
the
whole
nation
but
organized
itself
with
dynamic
sometimes
irregular
lockdowns.
These
dynamics
consequences
of
social
isolation
could
be
generalized
to
other
contexts
such
as
those
affecting
minorities
immigrants,
prisoners,
refugees.
Methods:
In
this
study,
we
investigated
physical
mental
health
symptoms
associated
lifestyle
changes
due
lockdown
among
university
students
in
Chile.
We
examined
psychopathological
variations
relation
problems
a
healthy
young
population.
Our
goal
was
develop
interventions
address
these
new
psychosocial
potentially
comparable
post-pandemic
contexts.

anonymous
survey
asking

on
habits

were
