O
presente
estudo
tem
como
objetivo
analisar
a
Síndrome
de
Burnout
em
Agentes
Comunitários
Saúde
durante
o
período
pandêmico
do
COVID-19.
A
pesquisa
é
um
descritivo,
qualitativo,
que
utiliza
técnica
análise
conteúdo,
realizado
município
Rio
Grande
Norte
com
sete
agentes
comunitários
saúde
município,
onde
os
dados
foram
coletados
por
meio
entrevista
semiestruturada
baseada
na
escala
MBI
-
Maslach
Inventory.
Com
base
nos
analisados,
seis
dos
entrevistados
apresentavam
sinais
esgotamento
emocional,
dois
despersonalização,
e
nenhum
deles
apresentava
mau
desempenho
profissional.
Porém,
considerando
uma
relação
sistêmica
entre
essas
três
dimensões,
não
se
pode
dizer
eles
tendem
desenvolver
síndrome.
Ademais,
este
contribui
para
realçar
cuidados
necessários,
evitar
desenvolvimento
burnout
ACS,
pois
adoecimento
colaboradores
interfere
diretamente
suas
relações
trabalho.

Abstract
Background
This
article’s
purpose

compare
burnout
syndrome
indicators
at
different
levels
of
teaching
in
Brazil
during
the
covid-19
pandemic.

a
short
period
time,
the
infection
rate
