According extensive literature this topic, it clear complex syndrome, involving domains affecting multiple physiological systems. Therefore, its management directed towards comprehensive multifaceted holistic approach personalized intervention strategy slow down progression or even completely reverse course condition.

Abstract Background With the arrival of era large-scale production, sharing and application data, digital use has gradually changed people’s daily entertainment, consumption, social interaction, learning other behaviors in its efficient form. This paper mainly discusses whether this fast convenient behavior leads Chinese older adults to adopt healthier lifestyles. Methods Using most recent information from Family Panel Studies (CFPS) 2020, conducted a descriptive statistical analysis on basic situation lifestyles among used structural equation model analyse influence frequency types variety different aspects real life adults. Results Research revealed that quality improved significantly as result their technology. The (FDU) adults’ diet, sleep, exercise, smoking drinking, relieved depression. (TDU) had significant positive correlation with lifestyle adults, especially entertainment (DE), consumption (DC) interaction (DI) Conclusions Digital can improve health by promoting healthy through various means. findings study have substantial impact bridging divide face, well fostering integration into

Introduction Older people are the group with greatest digital gap, so their literacy is important to improve conditions in which they age. Methods A study was conducted pre- and post-evaluation of a (DL) intervention aged 60 years over. total 56 participants (experimental N = 32 control 24) were recruited for convenience community centers. The adapted needs participants, there five face-to-face sessions remote reinforcement three months, carried out by trained university students months. Sociodemographic variables such as self-perception socioeconomic level education, among others, evaluated. impact assessed using scale (MDPQ16), indicators frequency types internet mobile phone use, health (SAHLSA NSV), quality life (SF-12), hedonic well-being (Diener’s SWLS Cummins’ PWI) perceived social support Zimet scale. Results had significant an effect size r 0.27 on literacy, separate t-test comparisons revealed markedly change experimental group, before after pre-post t -test (31) 3.56, p 0.001, but not (23) 0.082, 0.93. No direct health-related life, identified. We examined indirect found that it correlated improvements support, well life. Individuals changes detected compared those who did change.
